A Place on Dunaff provides a wide variety of populations with affordable, safe-housing, and specialized care. Demographics served include but are not limited to: disabled, veterans, seniors, sober living, transitional housing, low income, and other special needs populations.
Our properties and services are of the highest caliber in our state and local area due to our commitment to safe, affordable all- inclusive living environments.
Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first.
We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings.
We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community.
Unlike most providers that have a check-list of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source.
Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular client and therefore make a decision.
Our mission and philosophy stems from four key components: Respect, Empathy, Self-Learning and Pride Of Ownership. We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity.
With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our clients better their lives. Our mission is simply to improve the lives of our clients through affordable, all-inclusive housing environments which are centered around respect, empathy, self-learning and pride of ownership.
